These Terms govern your use of the AI World Monitor mobile application (the “App”) and our websites, developed by TD. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

The App shows global news, events, maps, market information, weather forecasts and safety tools sourced from third-party providers. It is for general information only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully, not to misuse, disrupt or interfere with it, and not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Not financial advice

Market data, price alerts, the geopolitical risk index and AI market insights are context to help you follow the news. They are not investment, financial, legal or other professional advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

5. AI-generated content

AI Brief, AI analysis and AI market insight are generated automatically by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) only from the headlines and public data shown in the App. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always check the original source, which is linked in the App. We may change, limit or withdraw AI features at any time.

6. Unlocking premium content with rewarded ads

• Some content (AI Brief, an AI event analysis, an AI market insight, the Geopolitical Risk overview) is unlocked by watching optional rewarded video ads, currently 2 ads per item.
• Each rewarded ad is started by you. An unlocked item stays readable for a limited time (currently up to 1 hour), after which it must be unlocked again.
• If no ad is available, we may unlock the item for free at our discretion.
• Unlocks have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are stored only on your device.
• We may change the number of ads, the unlock duration or the content covered at any time.

7. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads, including banner, full-screen (interstitial) and rewarded ads. Full-screen ads may appear between actions and are limited in frequency. Some are rewarded interstitial ads shown after a short countdown with a “No thanks” option; watching one to the end counts toward an unlock.

8. Weather, risk index and disaster information

Forecasts, extreme-weather alerts and the geopolitical risk index are automated indicators, not official warnings or forecasts. Conditions can change quickly. Always follow instructions from local authorities.

9. SOS and the public rescue map

• AI World Monitor is not an emergency service and does not dispatch or notify rescuers. In danger, call your local emergency number first.
• Emergency numbers are provided for convenience and may be outdated; verify your local number.
• Rescue requests you publish are public and unverified. Only post genuine requests about your own situation or with the consent of the people involved. False, misleading or abusive requests are prohibited and may be removed.
• People who view the rescue map must not use the information to harm, defraud or exploit anyone, or for commercial purposes. Volunteers act at their own risk and should coordinate with official services.
• We do not guarantee that any request will be seen or answered.

10. Not an official source

AI World Monitor is not affiliated with any government or official authority and does not provide official or verified governmental information.

11. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party data and services (including Google, news publishers, USGS, GDACS, NOAA, MET Norway, Yahoo Finance and OpenStreetMap). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or content.

12. Intellectual property

All App content, excluding third-party data, is owned by TD. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or modify the App.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including continuous availability, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or decisions made based on App content, including any reliance on news, AI output, market information, forecasts or the rescue map.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or remove content at any time without notice.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
